The King's Kingdom

The King of this world, Satan will not defeat the King of Heaven, Jesus.. The Kingdom language is not as emphasized in John as the other synoptics (see John 3) but it is strongly emphasized here. Jesus is our saving King and Lord and He is on a mission to save his people from slavery of sin…but his plan to accomplish this is a seemingly strange way of fulfilling this mission. That is, until we come to realize the beauty of God’s plan and its marvelous impact on our lives….
