I wanted to share some thoughts on my heart; certain issues and concerns that fill my mind regularly, that I feel would be a benefit to you. I hope you are encouraged and benefited from these important matters.

1. I desire to see our church grow spiritually and be continually formed into the likeness of Christ.

2. I desire to see evangelism take place, the lost come to salvation, and baptisms be celebrated.

3. I desire to teach God's Word, to God's people, for God's glory.

4. I desire to foster and empower a community of disciple makers who are doing the work of the ministry with joy and fervor.

5. I desire to see a deepening attitude of selfless service for one another in the pursuit of Christ-likeness.
