The Promised Son of God (Luke 1:26-38)

In the opening message of What Child Is This?, we look to Gabriel’s announcement in Luke 1:26–38 to discover the true identity of the Child promised to Mary. Far more than a miracle baby, Jesus is revealed as the Son of the Most High, the long-awaited King whose kingdom will never end. Mary responds with humble faith, showing us what it means to trust God when His plans stretch far beyond our understanding. This message invites us to behold the wonder of the incarnation and recognize the unmatched hope found in God’s Promised Son.
